The Department of Teaching and Learning offers innovative, transformative, research based teacher preparation and educator professional learning pathways. Our nationally recognized programs integrate theory with practical, real world experience to cultivate reflective, skilled, equity-driven professionals committed to the diverse learners in today’s dynamic educational environments.
The Department of Kinesiology, Sport, and Hospitality Management offers innovative, research informed programs that prepare future leaders and practitioners in the health, sport, recreation, tourism, and hospitality industries. Through applied research and experiential learning, we equip students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to enhance human well being, advance industry innovation, and enrich communities.
The Department of Counseling, Leadership, and Educational Sciences prepares research informed and socially conscious professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, schools, organizations, and communities. Our programs empower graduates to serve as effective, engaged, and innovative counselors, leaders, scholars, and practitioners who have a positive influence at the local, national, and global level.
