From tables draped in royal blues and pearlescent silvers to hors d’oeuvres and wine as a jazz trio played softly in the corner, beautiful decorations and friendly faces shone through a winter wonderland for the 2015 President’s Circle Reception to honor some of the most generous donors to George Mason University.
This year’s reception, a cocktail hour followed by special “Concert for a Patriot Winter” at the Center for the Arts on the Fairfax campus, boasted the highest attendance level in the event’s history. Donors gathered throughout the lobbies and three grand tiers of the Concert Hall for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and a special thank you from Mason’s president, Dr. Ángel Cabrera, prior to the holiday concert.
